Tien-chen / WingDo you see this component as a seaprete study to the previous interlocking 3d printed components you explored through magnetic connections? As from your drawing, this exihibits a movement through bending.Thinking openly about self-organizing modules which has the ability to configure, and with the freedom of the interlocking blocks, it would be interesting to research whether arduino could be a way into locally controlling a module’s electromagnet force. I could imagine simple change in electric current can produce unexpected spontaneous magnetization. Ferrofluid is perhaps a more fluid version at a nanoscale of what is possible.
