Il 24 Gennaio 2015 si è tenuto un laboratorio di stampa 3D che è stato molto apprezzato, tanto che lo ripeteremo a breve, il prossimo 7 Febbraio, per permettere di parteciparvi anche ai tanti rimasti in lista di attesa.
On January 24, 2015 we held a workshop about 3D printing: it was very much appreciated, so that we are going to do it again on February 7th, to allow people in the waiting list to participate.

Dopo una fase iniziale di allineamento dei vari PC un po’ più lunga del previsto, i partecipanti si sono divertiti a creare un oggetto con Tinkercad. Si tratta di un portachiavi che poi ognuno ha personalizzato a proprio gusto.
Dopo una pausa per la merenda, è arrivata la parte difficile: come è fatta una stampante 3D (nel nostro caso una 3Drag) e come impostare Repetier in modo che la stampa risulti ottimale.

After an initial stage a bit longer than expected for the alignment of the PCs, the participants had fun creating an object with Tinkercad. It was a keychain that everyone customized at will.
After a break for a snack, the hard part came: how a 3D printer is made (in our case a 3Drag) and how to set Repetier so that your printout be optimal.
